The Challenge
Lack of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. While there were traffic campaigns, these were not driving specific conversion events. A download-based campaign was needed once the app was live to generate downloads and brand awareness. Solution
To drive awareness and app sign-ups for Syrona Health, we employed segmented Facebook campaigns, capturing leads for the SORA waitlist, then retargeting them with an app-install push. These efforts reached over a million users, prompting more than 20,000 link clicks and a 1.68% CTR.
Similarly, we optimized Google Ads with niche, long-tail keywords, competitor insights, and a Google Ads Grant. By refining app-specific terms, we minimized CPC while boosting installs and engagement across targeted demographics.
Results
Whilst working with them, we have achieved:
